Inspired by fine art, history, and architecture, Jennifer Rose cultivates each and every design in keeping with her philosophy that each piece maintains intricacy and femininity. Drawing influences ranging from the Baroque and Rococo eras to modern and contemporary art, each piece delicately symbolizes an era, a movement, or a natural element. Experimenting with asymmetrical shapes and details, the designer creates subtle and feminine pieces using rose, white, and yellow gold along with exceptionally vibrant stones.
Jennifer Rose began her career as an artist at a very tender age, when she realized her passion for the arts. Her passion for sculpture and ceramics gave way to the birth of jewelry design, when she later received formal training in both jewelry design and metalsmithing in Santa Monica, California. After contributing to the growth and success of an L.A.-based jewelry company, she launched her own line of wearable art. Within less than six months since the inception of the company, Jennifer Rose was sought out by the prestigious Fifth Avenue department store Henri Bendel in New York to perform a three-day trunk show. In March 2007 the line was selectively chosen for the Design Suites during Mercedes-Benz & Smashbox Studio's Fall 2007 Fashion Week. Soon thereafter Jennifer Rose has been featured in many magazines such as InStyle, Lucky, and Oprah. In addition, the collection is loved and worn by top Hollywood celebrities such as Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Rebecca Romijn, Blake Lively and Hayden Panettiere. The designs have also been worn and featured on top television shows such as Gossip Girl and What Not To Wear. The line is carried nationally and internationally in high-end boutiques and department stores such as Fred Segal, Henri Bendel, and Neiman Marcus Cusp.
The company is based in both New York and Los Angeles. Jennifer lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
